(Continued from 2 December 2015.) Mr PENGILLY House of Assembly Finniss Mr PENGILLY (Finniss) (11:36): This was an interesting project that came to the committee that we discussed at some length. These types of issues need appropriate discussion in the Public Works Committee. I am not sure whether or not my colleague the member for Chaffey has spoken on this, but I know that the member for Bragg wanted to discuss it; whether she is listening in and is prepared to come down, I am not quite sure. I really do not need to go on for too long because we have discussed this at another time. Madam Deputy Speaker, I draw your attention to the state of the house.
