To the second question: yes, a cure plan has been provided to the government, but it is not one which is acceptable to us, and that has been relayed back to the builder. I do find it extraordinary, though, that with a hospital the Liberal Party have been campaigning against for the last 10 years they should suddenly be in a rush to move in, something which they have told us for the last 10 years, 'You don't need a new hospital,' but suddenly we've got to move in.</text>
