CAICA (Colton):</by>  Presented a petition signed by 221 residents of South Australia requesting the house to urge the government to ensure that clause 21 of the Retirement Villages Bill include the provision for a maximum 12 month statutory period after the resident ceases to reside in a retirement village, within which the sums of money due to the departing resident must be paid by the administering authority.</text>
