HAMILTON-SMITH (Waite—Minister for Investment and Trade, Minister for Small Business, Minister for Defence Industries, Minister for Veterans' Affairs):</by>  Presented a petition signed by 189 residents of Pasadena and greater South Australia requesting the house to urge the government to ensure that clause 21 of the Retirement Villages Bill include the provision for a maximum 12 month statutory period after the resident ceases to reside in a retirement village, within which the sums of money due to the departing resident must be paid by the administering authority.</text>
