SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:08):</by>  Simply because it has taken the builder longer than they had anticipated. That is the reason. There are any number of reasons, and I guess you would have to direct that to the builder. But, put simply, they have not been able to meet the schedule of works that they had originally anticipated, so it is going to be late.</text>

SNELLING:</by>  I should be quite clear: in terms of any responsibility for it, my very strong advice is that the government is not exposed in any way in terms of reasons for the delay, and we would have no liability. The liability would sit entirely with SAHP.</text>
