I have something to read so I would like you all to listen. Constitution (Deadlocks) Amendment Bill, absolute majority, second and third readings for the bill to amend the Constitution Act. When the second reading debate is concluded, as this is a bill to amend the Constitution Act to provide for an alteration to the constitution of the Legislative Council and/or the House of Assembly, its second reading is required to be carried by an absolute majority. In accordance with standing order No. 242, ring the bells:</text>
