VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:14): To start with the last point, rostering is a matter for those organisations that are in the not-for-profit sector. The government does not get involved in rostering. As far as the rest of the disability reform process that is underway, I continue to speak to consumers and their organisations and advocacy groups and people who are moving into this contestable space. Workforce planning is certainly something that the government is looking towards. We have announced $4 million in Look North for a disability training hub, where we are going to train people from the automotive and university sectors and anyone else who wants to move into disability services. We know that there are around 6,300 jobs that will be coming into the sector that are additional. There are also significant contributions to be made from carers who will be moving back into the workforce and ensuring that they've got options as training—that's something we're looking at. We also know that for people with lived experience, people with disabilities, this is a world changing opportunity for them to engage in meaningful employment.
