SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (15:12):</by>  I can't recall having had a conversation along those lines with them myself, but certainly I am in no doubt that as part of the recruitment of the new festival directors it would have been made clear to them what the expectations might be with regard to the funding of the festival. It would be unfair for them to take on the job without a realistic appreciation of what the future budgets might be. So I wouldn't be surprised if a discussion had been had with them along those lines, but certainly I don't recall having had the discussion with them myself.</text>
