As the deputy leader would be aware after a sustained line of questioning on this basis, certainly last year, where the details of the arrangement that had been entered into between the government and between Adelaide Capital Partners had been spelt out in some documents which have been tabled in this place, there are a certain number of requirements both on the government as well as on that party, on ACP, before the land contract is not only successfully entered into but executed. My understanding is that it has not yet been executed. As to when I expect it to be executed, I will have to take some advice and come back to this place when I am in a position to provide further information.</text>
