RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice Reform, Minister for Planning, Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for Child Protection Reform, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for Consumer and Business Services, Minister for the City of Adelaide) (14:25):</by>  In relation to the last incident—and this was the incident which occurred in November 2014—it is my understanding that SafeWork obviously has been involved in the investigation of that matter and is involved in this one. But the information that I have in front of me suggests that, in respect of both of these matters as they are presently being investigated, there is no public material that I can assist you with, other than to say this. </text>
        <text id="201602239a3948ae10944ed580000381">The circumstances of the two accidents were different and, in the case of the earlier incident, that particular worker was alone at the time of that accident, whereas in this particular case, as I understand it, the person who was the victim of this particular accident was working with another person on the lift. Another person was actually driving the lift. So there are differences in the circumstances and they are not indicative of any particular common theme other than that these are obviously pieces of equipment which, if not used safely, obviously present a risk.</text>
