PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (14:18):</by>  What I can advise is that—and, as I have said, again—the upgrade of the government radio network will address many of these issues but not 100 per cent, and one of the reasons we are also trying to seek some advice is to work out in which of those areas we will need to do some supplementary work.</text>
