          <inserted>The Families SA Call Centre manages phone calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Child Abuse Report Line operates during business hours, whilst the Crisis Response Report Line operates after hours.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>In 2014-15, the Families SA Call Centre received a total of 66,983 calls, with an average wait time of 11 minutes 57 seconds.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The Child Abuse Report Line received a total of 44,692 calls, with an average wait time of 20 minutes 16 seconds.</inserted>
        </text>
