          <inserted>The figures quoted in Budget Paper 3 are developed by the Department of Treasury and Finance. An amount of $13.4 million of the total of $30 million relates to concessions provided to school students for public transport by the Department for Education and Child Development.</inserted>

          <inserted>The remaining amount relates to other agencies outside of the Department for Education and Child Development.</inserted>
