          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;This data has had a disclosure control technique applied, where random small adjustments are made to cell counts to mitigate the risk of disseminating identifiable data. This allows for more detailed data to be released and does not significantly impair broad level analysis. This technique is not applied to the totals. </inserted>
