PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (14:51): It is a workable system now and, while clearly it doesn't cover 100 per cent, and no network will cover 100 per cent, and never did when it was first instigated by the Liberal Party—and that is not a criticism of that because no system will actually cover 100 per cent—we are working out ways to make sure there are complementary systems in place for those blackspots which will continue to remain. It is an issue which needs to be addressed. What I can say is that it is quite clear—and this is the feedback I get from other states—that our network is one of the best in Australia, if not the world.
