WEATHERILL:</by>  Can I say, Mr Speaker, that the notion of being able to attract stellar talent such as Mr Malinauskas, or indeed Mr Brown, to serve this state and make a contribution to public life is something that I would welcome. I think they are both thoroughly talented gentlemen and, in due course, if Mr Malinauskas is supported to come into this house, I think he will make a magnificent contribution. Indeed, if Mr Brown also finds an opportunity in the future to serve this place, I think he also will make a magnificent contribution.</text>
