PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety): I have been advised: Point-to-point cameras became operational on 14 July 2014. Between 14 July 2014 and 30 June 2015, 197 detections occurred where a vehicle owner has been detected breaking the law but has not been sent a fine for various reasons. These include unreadable, obstructed or missing plates; the vehicle being obstructed by another vehicle; or the vehicle was stolen.
