I think there has been some governance framework over these projects and I'm pretty sure there's been some consumer involvement or representation on it, but I will double-check that. Again, as I said, I don't think anyone is going to have an argument with me that it is unacceptable for a mental health patient to be waiting in an emergency department for any longer than is absolutely necessary.</text>
