They are the interface with government, not whoever it is that they have been able to secure or not as the case might be as investors behind them, so that is really primarily not our concern as the contracting party. What we are concerned about is whether they meet their milestones and whether they settle.</text>

At the end of those steps then it is our expectation that there will be a settlement. Now it is up to them at that point in time to be in a position to settle and that is our expectation.</text>
