Elective surgery will be done at Modbury Hospital, but emergency surgery won't. So, if you present to Modbury Hospital emergency department and you require emergency surgery then, yes, you will be transferred either to the Lyell McEwin Hospital or to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, I would imagine.
