I don't recall having to deal with any particular case of that nature, but it is my recollection that the commissioner alerted me to the possibility of this potentially occurring. I am not able to recall whether that alert to me was made in the context of his having observed it or in the context of his being concerned that, as things presently stood, that was a realistic possibility.
