          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;There are administrative costs associated with the distribution of the publicly donated moneys deposited into the State Emergency Relief Fund (SERF) following the Sampson Flat bushfire.</inserted>

          <inserted>2&amp;#x9;Pursuant to the <term>Emergency Management Act 2004</term>, all administrative costs associated with the collection and distribution of money donated by the public into SERF are absorbed by the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion. One hundred percent of the money donated by the public is directed to those affected by the bushfire.</inserted>
