RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice Reform, Minister for Planning, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for Child Protection Reform) (15:00):</by> It's a fair enough question. Obviously, these boards have some degree of movement in them. They have people coming on, they have people going off. I'm not sure what the exact wording of the relevant legislation is, although I will check it, and I'm not sure what the position was on that date. My belief is that presently there is a full complement on the Urban Renewal Authority Board; but, yes, it does happen from time to time that people leave, and there is an interval between when people leave, perhaps, and when people are appointed, but I will check.</text>
<text id="20150924466c2bc2fec6492680000584">I will check first of all as to the wording of the legislation, and I would be surprised if it's worded in such a way that you can't even have an interregnum between the point where a person finishes up or retires and when another person is appointed, but I'll check that. Again, I'll check this as well, but my understanding is there is a full complement on that board.</text>
