KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (14:31):</by>  While the opposition is talking to us about Rossi boots, how about we build 12 submarines in South Australia first before they lecture us about local procurement—the shadow minister for Japan, Germany and France, rather than fighting for South Australia. Obviously, the advocate works passionately to make sure there is as much local procurement as possible. I do note that, if the Leader of the Opposition had been a better campaigner, the industry advocate would have been abolished.</text>
