I am simply saying that as a prudent person—and, yes, I am aware of those words—I am also aware that there had been a process that had gone on for some time and there had been a process which had started with a request for—RFP. What is that? Request for?</text>

Moving through various stages, I wanted to be clear in my own mind what was or was not a matter of contractual certainty between the parties and I think that is a prudent thing for me to do. As I said, I do not recall having asked the question that the deputy leader implied in her last, or before last, question but I am happy to check that.</text>
