Can the minister now guarantee to this house that there are no other additional costs that the government may bear beyond the $2.3 billion current cost estimation for the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, as outlined in his previous answer, where he made it clear that the contract cost was $1.85 billion, $250 million worth of state costs, plus the $176 million worth of transition costs and the $34 million that he announced last week?</text>
