Earlier this year, on 4 February, the minister, talking about the mental health reform agenda, said that, and I quote, 'basically, it's a body of work that needs to be done by this winter'. Given that winter has come and gone, can the minister update the house on what was the outcome of that reform agenda?</text>

When I've got that information in front of me, I can detail exactly the improvements that have been made with regard to the work we've done in Central Adelaide, but there has been significant improvement in that area.</text>
