          <inserted>The Department of Treasury and Finance advises the Lotteries Commission of South Australia made payments to the state government in accordance with the requirements of the State Lotteries Act.</inserted>

          <inserted>In relation to the Auditor-General's Report, Part B, Volume 6, Note 33, page 2121, contributions from the Lotteries Commission of South Australia were $108,790 million in 2012-13, which is $35,742 million higher than contributions of $73,048 million in 2013-14.</inserted>

          <inserted>This change in contributions is mainly due to:</inserted>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>The 'one-off' special dividend paid in 2012-13 of $15 million which related to the payment of the balance of all equity reserves and surplus cash as a result of the transaction with Tatts;</inserted>

            <inserted>The cessation of dividend payments in 2013-14 following the commencement of Master Agent arrangements with Tatts; and</inserted>

            <inserted>Lower gambling tax in 2013-14 as a result of a reduction in net gambling revenue compared to the prior year.</inserted>
