In other words, those people who go to more fires and require a second set will get them first and those who need them less so will get them second, and they will be rolled out over the next few years. I am very proud to say that we are able to increase safety for our volunteer firefighters by providing them with a second unit. In addition, we are providing—</text>

That was something I heard from feedback from the original process of reform, that was one of the things that came up time and time again. I was able to bring that to the attention of the Treasurer and see if it could be incorporated into this year's budget and it was.</text>
