KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (14:31):</by>  'May' is the key word in that statement from the Auditor-General. The government is working to make sure that we can bring EPAS in as close to budget as we possibly can and to make sure that we do not have to expend moneys that are not necessary. But it is fair to say that Treasury and Health are working collaboratively together to make sure that we can deliver this system in an efficient way; and I have complete confidence that the Treasury and the health department are working quite collaboratively.</text>
        <text id="201507020c0b54c516794b35b0000571">If there needs to be a change to the budget, if there needs to be an alteration, we will make that known in the fiscal statements. People will see that. It is transparent. We do not hide these things, Mr Speaker. But what I do say to the opposition is that we are working collaboratively to make sure that we can minimise any moneys that shouldn't be spent on EPAS that—</text>
