Given that the Mid-Year Budget Review is predicated on commercial acceptance of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital occurring in the 2016-17 financial year, can the Treasurer advise whether there are any financial impacts of the delay other than the $176 million identified in the Mid-Year Budget Review?</text>
