The matter was raised with me some time ago. We had to get necessary approvals because the money actually comes from a trust which was set up for the purpose of looking after people in that building.</text>

The latest advice I got was that the tenders had been called for or were about to go out and I anticipate that they will be replaced and repaired as soon as possible, but the exact details I will get for you.</text>
