PICCOLO:</by>  Mr Jackman is a highly qualified CEO having worked in the private sector, and I was more than happy to approach him when the opportunity arose. I think that he will be a great asset to the sector. Given his rural background, I think he will be a great asset to my sector, as well as his CEO contribution over many years.</text>
