The reason I will not is that we are in the middle of a competitive process and a commercial process, and the idea of the Leader of the Opposition doing everything he can to undermine the competitive process for compulsory third-party premiums in the middle of a commercial process will do harm to motorists, and I will not allow that to happen.</text>
