TAFE has an independent board, and they are questions best directed to that. The overarching principle will be accessibility. So, precisely how TAFE organises itself in terms of bricks and mortar campuses is one thing, but it will be a matter for judgement for it how it seeks to ensure that its services remain accessible and affordable to country people. That's the principle we will insist upon; how they implement it will be a matter for the independent board of TAFE.</text>
