As a member of the select committee, I thought it my responsibility to put some perspective from both sides of parliament. I thank the minister for chairing the committee rather well. We had relatively short meetings, and I thank the staff who supported us.</text>

          <text id="20150616a2210a5057a140e4a0000021">We did go to the effort of consulting with the Gawler community about any position it might hold on the 134 acres relating to this bill. There were no submissions received and, given that the parliamentary debate that occurred about it in the last sitting week was for the support of the opposition for it, I am pleased to see that the report has been noted and that the bill will be supported.</text>
