TAFE is a significant provider of regional services. TAFE, though, will be the subject of some further decisions about which there will be further regional impact statements—</text>

Consistent with our obligations about providing regional impact statements, where government decisions have a direct bearing on changes to government services that impact on regional areas, there will be a properly published and full regional impact statement. This is something that the Minister for Regional Development has insisted upon.</text>
