<by role="member" id="4341">Mr TRELOAR (Flinders) (15:12):</by> My question is to the Premier. What effort has the government made to resolve the dispute between the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources and a developer at Ceduna Waters? The Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources has been party in legal proceedings with the developer at Ceduna Waters in relation to native vegetation. The dispute has been going on for some years, is proving costly for all parties and has still not been resolved. Sir, I might add that this is not before the courts at the moment.</text>
