MULLIGHAN:</by>  What I am advised is that joins in the cable necessary for the installation of the cable have been found at fault, but I should also add that, within this section of line which has been the subject of these failures, other deficiencies have been identified which need to be rectified at this time, and that will be part of the works that will be done for this cable replacement under the terms of the major works contract, importantly, at no expense to taxpayers.</text>
