There must be a job that is suitable within the department for someone who cannot drive.</text>

I appreciate the desire to not discriminate against potential workers. I also appreciate the absolute necessity for certain qualifications and certain capacities for some jobs that involve being able to quickly get out and support children. I've also indicated that I'm prepared to have a look at and discuss with the management the particular circumstances in this case.</text>
