KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (14:16):</by>  There will be no change to people's requirements for eligibility, I am advised, and if there is we will obviously make sure that this payment does nothing to disadvantage people. We do not want anyone to be disadvantaged by this payment. If the member is asking if it will go towards an income test or that the $200 payment will somehow increase someone's income to make them ineligible for state government services—no, it will not.</text>
