PICCOLO:</by>  If people believe that the police have not acted appropriately—basically the system is that if a complaint comes in from any direction, it is referred to the Police Ombudsman for investigation. The police would obviously then undertake an inquiry for the ombudsman or any other person seeking that information. At this stage I don't have that information before me.</text>
