Whether they do or don't is not pertinent to the decision the government has taken. We are not winding up the Motor Accident Commission. They will still have a role and responsibility to play, but again this is a question of ideology for the Liberal Party: do they believe that it is better for the government to run an insurance company or the private sector? And what I'm hearing from members opposite is that they think that the private sector can't do it.</text>
