As I understand it from my meeting this morning with the chief executive, his intention was, and I believe he has already put it into place, given that these circumstances occurred before his tenure as chief executive and obviously before my tenure as minister, he is undertaking a process whereby he is able to determine if any disciplinary action had already occurred, and then in that context what might be appropriate at this point bringing into consideration the report by the Coroner and the findings made.
