The only random drug testing I know that is required by law, that I can think of off the top of my head, occurs on the side of the road when police officers stop you. If what the Leader of the Opposition is referring to is something to do with section 20(2) of the Children's Protection Act, that is nothing to do with random drug testing.</text>
