      <text id="201503267baaaabbde5842d790001025">The Legislative Council agreed to the resolution from the House of Assembly relating to the joint committee on the operation of the Transplantation and Anatomy Act 1983, with the following amendments:</text>

        <inserted>Paragraph 1—Leave out 'That this house appoints a joint committee' and insert 'That in the opinion of this house a joint committee be appointed';</inserted>
      </text>

        <inserted>Paragraph 2—Leave out 'it report no later than 3 December 2015'</inserted>
      </text>
      <text continued="true" id="201503267baaaabbde5842d790001028">to which amendments it desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly.</text>
      <text id="201503267baaaabbde5842d790001029">The Legislative Council informed the House of Assembly:</text>

        <inserted>In the event of a joint committee being appointed, this council will be represented on the committee by three members, of whom two shall form the quorum necessary to be present at all sittings of the committee and the members of the joint committee to represent the Legislative Council will be the Hon. J.S.L. Dawkins, the Hon. T.A. Franks and the Hon. K.L. Vincent.</inserted>
