          <inserted>Regulation 6 of the Disability Services (Community Visitor Scheme) Regulations 2013 sets out the reporting requirements for community visitors in disability accommodation. There have been no changes to the reporting of incidents under these Regulations. There are no mandatory notification requirements under the Disability Services (Community Visitor Scheme) Regulations 2013.</inserted>
