          <inserted>The 2013-14 Budget Papers included the Programs 'Disability SA' and 'Disability and Domiciliary Care Services'.</inserted>

          <inserted>In the 2014-15 Budget Papers, a new program 'Program 5: Domiciliary and Community Care Services' was created, including two sub-programs (Domiciliary Care Services and Community Care) which were transferred from the 'Disability and Domiciliary Care Services' program to this new program to align with changes in ministerial responsibility in 2014.</inserted>

          <inserted>The 2013-14 Agency Statements was the first time corporate overheads were allocated across programs. The on-going refinement of the allocation of corporate overheads in the 2014-15 Budget Papers included removing Screening Services from corporate overheads and including it within Sub-program 7.2: Community Support Services.</inserted>
