SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:20):</by> The Leader of the Opposition is saying we are breaking an election promise by doing it earlier. I think that is his logic. Well, I guess we are. Shucks, we want to do it earlier than we promised. If that is a broken election promise, yes, I guess you've got me on this one. The fact is we would like to relocate the Women's and Children's Hospital earlier, if we can. That is an option that we are exploring at the moment.</text>
