PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (14:37):</by> I thank the honourable member for his question. In terms of the first question, we haven't even started interviewing yet, so I am not sure which candidate we are actually going to choose. The final package will depend on the experience, training, etc.,and so it is premature to indicate what that is. In answer to the second part of the question, given that the chiefs will have a remodelled role, which I have discussed with them, obviously their contracts will be renegotiated.</text>
